The Group was established in July 2010 to distribute and sell ceramic wall and floor tiles, sanitaryware products and other home improvement products into the domestic market in China. The Group’s strategy is to establish its own retail stores together with a chain of franchise outlets initially in first tier and major Chinese cities within two years from Admission.
